Dear QCSI Team, We are thrilled to announce that this Friday will be our annual "Bring Your Child to Work Day" at QCSI! This is a fantastic opportunity for our young ones to get a glimpse into the world of their parents and see the magic behind the science. Date: Friday, 18 July Highlights of the Day: 1. **Themed Room:** We've transformed Conference Room B-12 into a wonderland filled with balloons, streamers, and other goodies. This will serve as the central hub for the day's activities and a place where the kids can relax and have fun. 2. **Interactive Workshops:** Various departments will be hosting kid-friendly workshops throughout the day. From simple chemistry experiments to a peek into the world of data analysis, there's something for every budding young mind. 3. **Facility Tour:** Guided tours of select labs and offices will be conducted every hour. This is a chance for our children to see where the magic happens! 4. **Lunch & Snacks:** A special menu has been prepared for our young guests. There will be a lunch hour dedicated to them, with an array of delicious and kid-friendly options. 5. **Gift Box:** Every child will receive a QCSI gift box filled with fun and educational goodies to take home. A few reminders: - Please ensure that you accompany your child at all times during the event. - While we aim to make this day fun and educational, safety remains our top priority. Kindly adhere to all safety guidelines, especially when visiting lab areas. We look forward to seeing you and your children this Friday! Let's make it a memorable day for our future scientists and leaders.
